Job Description
Independently develop APIs/services from requirements through to production.
Design databases and integrate third-party APIs/services.
Monitor logs and performance, and handle common production issues.
Collaborate with Mobile/Product/Data/DevOps teams to develop and operate products.
Write tests and documentation, and improve code quality/maintainability.
Requirements
1–2 years of hands-on backend development experience.
Proficient in at least one backend language/framework used by the company.
Experience with REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL, caching, and authentication.
Basic understanding of Docker, Git, CI/CD, and cloud services.
Experience building, deploying, and maintaining production services.
Strong sense of ownership and ability to independently complete features.
Mindset for performance, security, and code quality.
Proactive in debugging and problem-solving.
Good collaboration with Mobile, Product, QA, and DevOps teams.
Good technical English reading/writing skills.
